Not yet, and if you'll currently look the NHL and NHL Players Association are in a heated (by which I mean they're not talking to one another) strike. No major league this year for us.
Does'nt NHL have a salary cap though?Originally Posted by Tigana

Maybe they're just humouring you, Mzo. Ever think of that? "Oh yes the simpleminded salesman thinks we don't notice the signs. I think I'll indulge the poor child. It must be hard working a shitty job like this. So young! And such promise!"Originally Posted by Mzo

[story]I've done that to employees on more than one occasion. I feel bad they have to say that all time so I try to make 'em feel better.[/story]
"What is this shit, Arc the Lad? I never heard of this xbox game." - A BB employee on viewing my bargain list, reading off the beginning of the Circuit City discount list.
"Wh do you have to run the people over? And speed? Can't you just drive normally?" - My mother watching me play GTA3.

No, I just try to still try and find hope. I am starting to believe that if we keep catering to these dumbasses that we'll encourage all this ignorance and stupidity and it will just keep spreadingOriginally Posted by Mzo

IBTN. You could tatoo the shit about trade-ins on your forehead and you'd still have customers asking you about it. People are stupid.Originally Posted by Mzo

I dunno if this counts as a stupid comment, or just something that I couldn't understand someone's logic... ok here goes....
I was at my local FuncoLand (yes, it's still a Funco around here) to pick up MKwhen it came out and I had to wait 10 minutes because of the guy in front of me with some techinical questions. Appearantly he recently bought a router and could no longer get online with his PS2. He kept saying all that he did to try and fix it and how it did work, and he was asking the employees at FuncoLand what to do... like they would have any clue. They finally just asked "did you call technical support?" and the guy replied "yes, both sony and the maker of my router. They couldn't help me."
SOOOOO, if they couldn't help you, why would some random FuncoLand employee be able to? It was just mind boggling.
Oh, and some nerd there was buying a game and gave his advice... "buy an xbox" yeah kid, that's helpful.

I think maybe you are an elitist asswipe who thinks that everyone cares as much about the buying, selling, and trading of games as you do.Originally Posted by Mzo
