Doom 3 - $40 at Walmart.

Doom 3 has been discounted at Walmart. Everyone else has deemed $5 as a legitamate drop in price, since launch, but I've been sitting on the fence for this one.

I actually thought the game would'nt operate on my system, but after playing the demo, I've realise it plays alright on my feeble hardware.

I'm downloading the demo now, and if it runs decent enough, I can spare the 40 bucks.

I was'nt going to purchase the game, until I knew my hardware could run it. Now that the demo is out, I've found out I can run it at a decent rate. Sure it's not running at 60 fps, but it'll do the job nicely. Now that Walmart has it on sale, I'm going to buy the game.
