The snipers are both on the same side of the map, but a hill blocks they're view of eachother. However, pulling either into the middle of the map will probably only happen after you take out the other sniper.

It could lead to some interesting situations. Especially if somehow one team spawns on the half of the island with both rifles and vehicles while the other team only has rockets.

Bungie updated the fly throughs of the new maps and added Terminal, Gemini, and Backwash. Terminal and Backwash look outstanding, Gemini on the other hand doesn't look too hot IMO. 5 days till new maps, w00t!

Watching the videos for all the new maps coming out, I think it is safe to say Halo 2 is a staple for one of the greatest games ever made. Relic looks amazing.

Now that I finally have Turf and Sanctuary, it looks as though my 2 weeks plus from the game will come to an end soon. Going to play a lot of training though, when and if I do play, to get back into the thick of things.

Has game speed been altered/tweaked?

Because in the first game back in Team Training, the speed at which the players/shots moved was far faster than the norm (at least as far as I recall).

I was playing BTB, on Headlong, and I got the flag out and got the stupid thing all the way to the base. Our team had nice defense going for me and all, but still. So when I get there to plant, some dipshit decided it would be funny to do the post-score kill-your-teammates thing BEFORE I SCORED. Idiot killed me right before I planted, then took the point for himself.

It was quite tragic.
