Thread: So is Sega really gonna sell Visual Concepts to Take Two?

  1. So is Sega really gonna sell Visual Concepts to Take Two?

Stupid move if they do because VC is a great developer and has been responsible for most of the great Sega games lately.

  2. I have heard rumbling about Sega selling VC for awhile? Is something solid? Source?

  3. Doesn't VC make the ESPN series?

    Yes!

My understanding is, that Sega offered the publishing rights for their sports games, to take-2. If after a certain amount of time, Take-2 was happy with the success of the games they published; they could buy VC from Sega.

  5. Sega has fucked up bad. They have changed all their franchises into crap( online PSO, Exclusive games for consoles, etc.) They should have hooked upo a partnership with Nintendo when they had their chance. Now their stuck with Sammy Studios or some other company.

sega? Where the hell is Shenmue 3!!!!

  6. fine.. give VC to someone who can manage it properly.

What the hell is Sega? Is that the publisher that died a couple years back?

  9. Thank God. Hopefully, Take-Two will give VC the kind of marketing push thier games deserve.

  10. Where the fuck did this speculation come from? No, VC is not going to leave SEGA's wing.
