Thread: Digital Photography?

  1. photo.net has a lot of stuff, and it's broken down into consumer digital and pro SLR digital. I don't see the big deal, considering there's hardly a different anymore if you're on SLR. The new ones surpass film quality even, otherwise they're exactly the same...

  4. Seriously, why do you care? Did you just get a little Sony Cybershot equivalent and want to know what possible pictures you can take? Because like everyone's said already, there isn't much a difference. If you've used a 35mm film camera with a little bit of zoom, a digital will act exactly the same and take almost the same pictures. If you've used SLR, there IS no difference other than what media it ends up on for the most part.

    You're better off just looking at standard photography sites if all you're doing is trying to learn to take better pictures. photo.net is good for that since they have extensive category tutorial pages.

    I have a fugi film s5000 and I just started my own business not to long ago and I love taking pictures so I was just wanted to look at some examples of good photography just to get an idea of what people are drawn to. Thanks for you help.
