Under Kerry's rule, yes. Bush, no. Kerry served in the military, I have faith he'd respect my life and only use it if absolutely necessary. If for no other reason than he'd know exactly what he was about to put my through. Bush has already shown he has no respect for human life.
I strongly believe that service in the military should be a requirement for the Presidency.
Since it would never be to defend America, I'd have to say no. I'm not going to fight a war I don't believe in, and the only war I think America should be fighting is a war to protect America itself.
