I agree 100% about the music, I actually bought the first one's soundtrack because I enjoyed it so much. But after reading the manga i anticipate every episode now.

I just watched the first DVD of Ultimate and it was fucking awesome. I think, if I had never seen the original series I wouldn't have been able to follow it as easily since it jumps around quickly, but with all the back round knowledge I have it was basically just 50 minutes of complete ass kicking and deja vu.
Can't wait for the next one to come out.
