Well, I read the tread about setting up priorities for classes and all, and I agree that organization is needed, but I believe it still have to be fair to all of the guilds, and not favor the ones, that are "in charge". We shall see how it will develop in the next few raids, though.

Once thing that bothers me, is that they put priority on some of your gear, aka greens, stating that if you get in and have greens, you didnt work hard enough as some people who have blues and thus not needed or something like that. I dont agree with that, since some people might have all luck in the world and have blue pieces thay they want drop on them, and then some will run instances endlessly and still have shit to get at the end. If I get boot because I still have green shoulders or cape (which are quite good for what they are), I will be pissed. I've been running Strat like crazy, but in my 25+ runs of Baron, I only seen the damn cape once. I guess I do have shitty luck, and I will continue my efforts, but I hope that this "gear" rule will not be main priority.

Thats why I wanted that cape last night, and had my outburst of anger.

Most of the stuff you're reading is by people that frankly don't know what's happening.

We're putting a system in place to deal with the sudden expansion from our success at Molten Core. I can guarantee right now that I won't let Faceguy get left out of Friday's run, and that they wouldn't consider making the same person sit out again. They ARE working on a fair way to set this up now that it's starting to become a problem, based on seniority, skill, and equipment. They don't want people who have been 60 for a day with greens to take people's spots, but they also don't want to exclude them from the run forever. It's a balance that's going to have to be struck as people from our guilds and others reach 60 and as we all recruit more.

We arrived at who to boot to make a more balanced team through impartial facts, not who likes who more. We had gone through the seniority list and Faceguy had made the cut. Epoch and the other leaders wanted another druid in the raid (I believe we had one at that point), and the most abundant class to clear were the rogues. Since there HAVE been complaints against Faceguy, some stupid as fuck, some valid, he was called out to drop. His DPS has been called out as being significantly lower than the other rogues. Whether this is due to bad gear, going AFK a lot and talking in general chat (like, say, during certain Scholo runs?) or a combination of all these is known only to Faceguy. Whatever it is, he was put on the spot and we didn't have a good answer for them.

People should be getting over this by now, it's getting very annoying.

I'd say with an epic MH, a thorium spike, fiery enchant, and this sequence; JoCru-Holy Shield-Cons-SoCommand - repeat 8sec casts,-JoRighteousness-, SoCommand.

That nukes a lot of mana but boy, you could probably get up to a hefty 150 dps! :P

Yeah, I undertand this, and I did my share of farming (and as ridicilous as it sounds, I stil dont have the best pieces that I need, especially Nightbrace Tunic(FR+10, man) (since we always WANT to skip Rookery in UBRS ), or those damn doggy shoes.

All of their rogues have that, and then some, and I am doing my best to get those pieces, but again if Taishan or Epoch, Yahya or anyone else will be checking out our equipment, and noting greens that I still have and base their decision of worthyness on that, it will suck. I am just worried about that.

I did do well in DPS in late runs, so its all good.
