Nope, buffed. Mostly. They made the elemental tree a lot better, moved some things around in Restoration, and slightly nerfed enhancement.

From what I can tell both shamans and mages got pretty good revamps. Blizzard succeeded in making both classes more variable while not really increasing their overall power. Just more variety in the ways you can play the class.

CG like the intro yes, live action will suck unless it has an unholy budget like LOTR.

Don't know if this is true, but a friend of mine that I work with has a friend that has worked on the cg in King Kong and is currently working on the CG on Pirates of the Carribean 2, that said he is going to work on something at Blizzard next. Maybe its the CG intro for Burning Crusade, maybe it has something to do with this.
