Holiday Spice Pepsi

I got to try it the other day and I have to say I'm disapointed. It's not anything I'd want to drink again but it's also not so bad as to be memorable. I had it, I drank it, it wasn't good, it wasn't bad. It was just another generic soda and I was hoping for something a bit more.

Well, I bought another bottle yesterday, to try out Diff's "irregulaties" he mentioned about first runs of new sodas.

And yea, it's highly different. The cinnamon is a light taste at the end, and it's pretty enjoyable. It's definatley not the full on cinnamon blast in your mouth like the first batch I tried.

I'm on my second glass of it, and it's pretty nice. The aftertaste takes some getting used to, but it's not bad. I expected too much cinnamon spice flavor, and I'm happy that it's just a slight amount. Definitely a nice diversion from regular pop.

Eh, still kinda funky by itself. The ice does dilute it somewhat.

Mixing it with regular Pepsi doesn't hurt, either.

Watch and marvel at the tenth wonder of the world, my buddy Aaron, as he consumes a half gallon of eggnog in fifteen minutes. At the time of filming, he was 6 and a half feet and 320lbs. Yes, I'm the fag with the long hair and glasses.

I thought it was bad when the DI's forced us to drink a half gallon of water in 2 minutes (I just barely held it in, the water almost ended up all over the floor) but 1/2 gallon of eggnog in 15 minutes? I couldn't do that shit in one day, I used to love the stuff but now I hate it, it's nasty as hell.

Anyone hear the Holiday Spice Pepsi radio commercial? I love it, one of the more genuinely funny commercials I've heard in a long time.

It's a jingle about how much the guys singing it hate egg nog. And a guy saying, obviously, that Pepsi Spice is the great alternative.
