    Yeah, I remembered that after I wrote it. I did play it, and Gun Survivor aside, it is easily the weakest entry in the series.

    If you don't think that 3rd parties lose out on a LOT of money by making GC exclusives, I don't know what to say.

    Yeah cheapo arcade ports in the face of big budget exclusives like Onimusha, Maximo or DMC heading elsewhere. DC was never favored over either PlayStation.

    You mean the one Sega funded and co-developed. That was ported to PS2 a year later?

    Capcom's DC R&D was nothing but effortless Naomi & CPS2/3 ports for the most part. PS1/2 still saw the lions share of consumer R&D.

    No one's arguing that the Dreamcast was a failure. But it was supported by Capcom like crazy.
