I Just Ordered a Pizza Online

I have seen stuff at Papa Johns get left out overnight and used the next day without hesitation. I have seen mad people that work the pizza line come out of the bathroom after clearly not washing their hands and get right back to work. I have seen pizza doughs get tossed and hit the floor, and used anyway (five second rule, right?) When I was 18 I worked at a Pizza Hut in Glenwood Springs, CO, and had to wash the dishes sometimes. The food there never tasted quite right, not foul, but just, different. After a couple weeks of washing dishes, I started to notice my hands were breaking out with all these zit like things, like strange little growths. I had washed dishes at a few resteraunts before, so this wasn't any sort of prob with the soap or grease or anything. A week after not touching their nasty dishes the breakout was gone. Also there, the mugs used for frosty mugs regularly came out of the washer covered with pizza bits, grease or whatever, pretty nasty. My manager told me to cover it up with a hot breath into the glass to "frost" it up, hence covering the appearance of funk. I was disgusted. Enjoy your chain pizza, keep those online orders coming.

And if the person kept doing it he'd dump the entire shelf of dishes in the dish pit area half an hour before closing. They either quit or learned to learn.

If you're going to take shortcuts and knowingly wash the dishes wrong, you should have to do it again the right way, until the job is actually done.
