Whoa, talk about joining this forum & thread late. Like many others here, I loved Gamefan and was a proud longtime subscriber until two things occured. First, remember when they gave away a console every month? Well, I won one month and they never contacted me to send the console (a snes naturally). Even after I called, the lady on the line told me she couldn't confirm if it was me (oh, but it was! ). After that, I was so furious I started losing interest and then the whole thing with sending subscriber's (like myself) the issues extremely late really told me it was time to move on. I literally found myself buying issues off the mag stands while my copy would not be in the mail up to a month after it was available in stores. I wound up moving on to Next Generation, which was a great mag too. I really miss that mag much more than Gamefan. The one thing that I truely enjoyed about GF was the import section.

After reading some comments here, I do feel terrible that I tossed my GF collection a few years ago. I had a stack of old issues from the early to mid 90's. Anyway, thanks for reading and now I gotta go back to page 4 and start reading this thread again...
