What was the error you got?

It said that it was a problem during the charging of the credit card section, and that I should contact the retailer to ensure that I get my product. In the same error, though, it also said that the transaction was completed. Contradictory.

I guess GiantMicrobes just uses a generic retailer site for their transactions, and that site is being an asswipe lately.
