Flipnic - NTSC

This was supposed to come out over here, but it looks like it's never going to. Anyone know where I can get Flipnic (JPN version)? I've tried all the import sites, no one seems to have it save Play-asia for $60. I know it was released as a budget title in the UK, but I don't think a PAL game will work on my TV....how do I find out if a PAL game will support 60Hrz (which is what it needs to to work on a US tv I believe?) Thanks in advance for anyones help. It looks like the UK gets all the good pinball games

Thanks Haoh, much appreciated. I'll let you know here if and when I get it. This game is really a must for Pinball fans, too bad it's not coming out here anymore
