You realize that there were no blue states, right? The map that showed voting by county showed that very, very small pockets of blue were all that existed, and those were nearly all in major urban areas, where educated people don't live.

A lot of counties were neck-to-neck; Bush having a lot of religious and rich people on his side helped a great deal. Religious and rich does not imply that someone that is better than anyone else at the end of the day... you should be ashamed for calling Kerry voters "uneducated." The UK, Australia, Canada - ALL of these countries favored Kerry. And not to make my country look bad, but those countries kick our ass when it comes to education. There is no denying it. Don't forget about, oh, I'd estimate... 95% of Europe, too.

Have you ever been to the Deep South or at least known somebody down there? They may be more simple folk then we're used to but the myth that everyone there is an inbred hick is straight bullshit and biggotry. I'm sick of hearing that "all the idiots in the South voted for Bush", but yet Yoshi gets attacked for saying what he did about Urban voters. The hypocrisy demonstrated in this thread and others is noted.

As someone who lives in the South, I can atest to the fact that all of the idiots here voted for Bush because they were told to. As for the inbreding charge, that only happens in W. Virginia.
