folder pop up upon starting of PC

my documents folder keep popping up automatically upon starting of the Windows, anyone has any idea Why and How to resolve this irritation?
Any response is much appreciated.

If it's continually your documents folder over and over again, regardless of whether or not it was open when you shut down, then it's probably just Windows being gay. Sorry.

Can you put a shortcut to a folder in the "Startup Items" folder and have it open on startup? Check there, I guess, and the thing cka put.

that somehow didnt work..
tried that options that cka sugested..
didnt work.. iguess my windows is really acting gay then
anymore ideas?
