I've had a guide for that here. Recently, I found a quick & easy installer for XP. Just run aspi4712xp.exe and reboot. See how that works for ya. But if it fails, try ForceAspi18.zip or forceASPI17.zip respectively.
A little further down I posted about some trouble I had getting my CD drives to work after a motherboard upgrade. They'd only show up after loading MSCDEX extentions. Well I made the move to WinXP and now my drives show on their own, but ASPI commands still won't work. This means no CD burning among other things. Any ideas on how to fix this?
