Thread: TVs and computers.

    TVs and computers.

We're trying to use my 53" Panasonic HDTV (PT-53WX53Wx53G) as a secondary monitor on the recording rig. Running into some problems, screen flicker, bizarre sizes, generally unpleasing shit.

The video card is a ATI Radeon 9800se, we're using the DVI out and running it straight to the DVI input on the TV.

Any ideas? We really want to see Doom 3 on the TV.

P.S. buying new hardware is not an option, so no suggestions for buying video cards w/ component out.

P.P.S. Don't even mention S-Video. Seeing a PC display in S-Video = having your eyesockets fucked by the Devil.

  2. I know you need powerstrip to force funky resoultions..
