I'm pretty sure baby Jesus is a little too preoccupied with that whole eternal damnation thing to worry about cheating in a videogame. Plus he kicks butt at Halo 2 so he feels no worries about cheaters.

They could have just had an bigger beta, but they decided that in-house was a better idea because it's not Halo fans that fuck around with their controllers for hours on end to figure out a glitch, it's the dude who runs customer service for Microsoft Excell.
