Target Terror looks like crap (kind of like Maximum Force: The Rehash). Anyway, for my favorite Dave Theurer game I'm sort of torn between Missile Command and Tempest- but I'll give Tempest the vote.
Finished in 2021: 8 games (PC: 4, PS4: 2, PS3: 1, X1: 1)

I, Robot, probably. Tempest in second.
I picked Missile Command, only because I'd spent more money in the arcades on this title. Then the release of it on the 2600 had a huge impact on my playing time with the title as well. I didn't truely appreciate the greatness of Tempest, until I played it again on the Jaguar.
Basically a batch graphics conversion/processing/etc. program. 10-15 years ago it was an essential part of any serious graphic designer's toolbox. When the use of graphics on the web started catching on, DeBabelizer became more widely known because of the need to convert graphics to web friendly formats and palettes (many people were concerned about using the web-safe palette). DeBabelizer was one of the heavyweights in the imaging field for quite a while, though gradually its features were incorporated into the Photoshops and PaintShop Pros of the world.Originally Posted by NeoZeedeater

Missile Command is the obvious choice, but I have a special place for APB, even though I know it's not as good.
