Did anyone get this? I realize that it came out for the GameCube a long time ago, but Im smart and never bought a GameCube. Thus, I never owned Monkey Ball. But I bought it today for Xbox. Its fun, and eliminates one of the three or so reasons to actually get a GC. I was thinking of restarting a Monkey Ball high score thread because cigsthecat is a bitch and so forth. Ill do it if more people are playing the game. ^__^

Can you say anything regarding the XB version's control? I read somewhere where a couple people complained about the deadzone and that it was hard to do precise movements.

01. If you dont have a GameCube, its good fun.

I'd get in on a high score thread, though I traded SMB2 for FFX awhile back. Single player-wise it sucks compared to the original, which I still own. You non-gamecube owning folk are going down.

SMB Deluxe bombed hard on both PS2 and xbox. SEGA can't catch a break.

Its their own fault, though. If they released it in mid-2003 (six months after SMB2 came out) or even released SMB2 for Xbox and PS2, it wouldve done fine. They just waited too long.

In any case, Ill start up a new high score thread today. Im not very good at the game but oh well.
