Auto type?

I have a small video file that I have that I want word for word. Instead of my manually typing it and having to pause and play over and over, is there a program that would grab what its saying and type it out for me?

You could use a speech recognition program and hold the mic up to the speaker, but I doubt it would be very accurate.

Also are there any freeware programs or trial? Even if its not accurate, I can at least just play it, and see which is wrong/missing and fix it. Its still a time saver
