Because I can't cash them. I don't have a driver's license and thus no state ID so I can't get money from the fuckin' things. Learned that the hard way with Melf, so I have 6 bucks on a piece of paper I can't ever claim.

If you really want something, I can make an arrangement to put it in Tain's name or something so he can cash one for me, I guess.

I take concealed cash, what's the big deal?
