We just don't know anymore, New Yorkers have grown a few extra layers of skin to compensate for the crappy winter.
I cannot say I pity you. Those 56-66 degree temps would be a godsend here in OH at this very time, and quite frankly I wouldn't mind if it stayed 56-66 all year. Be thankful it's not in the 30s.
The kind of winter day I hate most is a really humid one with strong wind chill. That feels like you're getting hosed in the face with gorilla snot. Yech.
