Eh, after watching the video it looks like the same crap. Like they found a way to make the sonic levels have the robot shooting levels within them. I'm sick of the engine...the graphics look exactly the same as Sonic Adventure. MAKE A REAL SONIC GAME!! HOW FUCKING HARD IS THAT!? 2D game, 3D graphics. Sonic Adventure was fun, but no more please. SA, SA2, SH, and this look like they could all be the same damn game. Sonic is almost at Mario levels or whoreness, but atleast Mario has been in some decent games lately. I miss thinking sonic was cool...mehh...

There's an 8MB trailer at IGN. The game looks good but not great.

Under the Sega restructuring I'm curious if this is being made by Iizuka's GE Sega Studio USA or Naka's GE Dept. #3. Anyone know? I'm guessing Iizuka's team.

I have not, nor will I ever, purchase any game with Waluigi in it. And I love the Wario games. Waluigi is crap.

Anyway, I don't like the gun because it looks like something the marketing department made them put in to try to shake the "kiddie" image. They might as well have given him bling, or gold teeth.

There's also the whole chose to be a hero or villian thing. It feels like something designed completely by PR people, but the underlying gameplay still could be good. Wait and see on this one.
