Something Shidoshi posted earlier about this E3's announcements (so far) have done nothing but put a smile on his face has stuck with me. And some of you expressed the same sentament. This got me to thinking: last years E3 wasn't all that spectacular. From what I recall, it was a bit of a disappointment. But in pondering this ponderance, something occured to me...it's a hardware vs. software battle. Last years E3 was disappointing because it was nothing more than a hardware showcase...who the Hell cares about hardware?! This years E3 is entirely software focused. It's this kind of show that makes our mouths water and widenes our eyes. And as day two dawns, I'll be sporting a big smile, as I know nothing but good can come of this. Thoughts?
