And today it appears she ripped out the "For Rent" sign I had taped to the front window last week.

That's not good.Is she supposed to be out on the first of April or what?

Well, you always pay for your laziness. Catches up with you somehow. I shrugged early warning signs off when I was showing her around the apt. so I paid for it.

What warning signs were there? Just curious,I mean did she have lipstick smeared all over her face or wear her pantaloons on the outside of her clothes or something?

Kept staring at me oddly, her nonstop babbling. She fit a certain undesirable stereotype I thought, I mean, that voice... The demeanor... Not my first choice... The person she was with who paid the first month's rent seemed to be getting aggravated with her at one point. I'm gonna see if I can contact him actually, cause he sure as hell owes me some frank discussion and alot more.

Wow she reminds me of a neighbor I had back in 2002. That fucker drove me up the wall and everybody else on that street to the point that even the neighborhood kids would throw rocks at him and his car.

He might've been her son or something.It sucks having to do it, but if she doesnt leave,(God forbid) you may have to dig out whatever info/paperwork she filled out to move in there, and track down some family to let them know her situation (boarishly crazy with a side order of psychotic).It may cost them money,but it sounds like that old bitch needs some supervision(mental ward/senior citizens home)before she hurts herself and/or someone else....

Hoenstly, I don't know how your getting it committed, but to get her out, claim your making your house a single family or something to get her out of their. Then when she tries to take you to court over the lease, bring the tapes in and play them for a judge.

- damn, You know, I'm surprised you cant just slap a harrasment suit on her - it may be mean given her mental situation - but what she's doing should qualify as that, right?

So. yeah....Is she officially squatting now NightWolve, or did you find a way to get her out?

Well, looks like she meant it. Most of her shit is out and she's not here atm. I expect today she'll be coming back to get the rest of it and give up the keys.

Between last I posted and now, until she finally disconnected her phone, it was more of the same shit. One dumb accusation after another. Saturday I heard her across the street yelling, "Yeah, I'm gonna have to get an attorney. blah blah" and saying some other shit about me. At some point that day she sequentially began to slam the front door ~6 times while yelling, "Stay out of here!" and just other hysterical rantings.

Anyway, I expect it to be over with today, then I can start cleaning/fixing up the apt. to hopefully get it rented next month with someone decent. So, this little tale of mine is coming to a close.
