  1. Yeah, and it's always a BIG place they have.

RedOctane had a setup in the dealers room during Anime Boston, they were selling their stuff while having an ITG PS2 beta setup for people to play on. I wouldn't doubt it if they did the same thing with the full game.

I mean, holy shit. Nab this one before Konami forces it off the shelves.
Where is it for $30?! I only saw it for $40!

  3. Red Octane announced it after but is releasing it before Mastiff's Pump It Up. I wonder what happened to that one... It was supposed to be released in June, too.

  4. I don't know about this particular game, but the only thing that's held me back from embracing DDR and it's clones (outside of not wanting to pay $2.00 to make a fool of myself) is that I can't make my own soundtracks to these damn games! How hard would it be to incorporate some sort of sequence generator a la Vib Ribbon?

    August.
MadCatz is now making the pads for it, too. I'm scared.

    29.99 is MSRP.
Wait, at least I thought it was. Must've been a misprint on DDRFreak.

A sequence generator would kind of suck... The best steps are well thought out and far from random.

And as long as we're mentioning Pump it Up...Does anybody know if Cobalt Flux makes a pad where the center square is also a trigger? I'd love a high-quality metal pad for that game.

  7. I remembered reading something about a new control box that will make the game playable on a Flux, but I have no idea if that's true or not. If it is true, the buttons wouldn't be the same sizes as normal PIU buttons, that's for sure.

I am pretty sure that Konami can only do something about the arcade version of ITG which uses Konami's DDR machine. As far as I know Mad Catz has no legal problems with their Gamecube knock off.

I could be wrong, as I only read one news story about the legal suit, but it does not mention the home release (aside that the game is getting a home release).

haha yea right. the only people that'll be buying this are the ones that frequent DDRFreak on a daily basis. most of those people don't have an EB or a Gamestop in the area. and even more of them already have Stepmania on their computers.

what i want to know is how they're able to constantly and continuously talk about DDR on a daily basis.

  10. I think Dipstick worked on this.
