Not everything was meant to be exciting nor did it need to be. Its called setting up a scene. Or character development. Or being realistic by providing a calm before the storm. It was there for multiple reasons. You're proving yourself to be a dullard.

You're probably the same asshole that complained about all the conversations of Hobbit bacon in LOTR. "Goooddddd, why do they keeeeppp talllkinnng abouttt STUPID FOOODDD. WHHHHY ISSSN'T SAM KILLING ORCS OR SOMETHING. OR SCREWING MAD ELF BITCHES. THIS BOOK IS SO BORRING. GOOOODDDDDDDDDDD!!!!!!!"

    in the butt?

  4. Agree with BC, that scene was great. You know shit was going down, you just don't know how. Plus it makes a bigger impact for that soldier to talk about his son and then Aldo didn't give a shit in the end.

  5. Best scene in the film.

    I really, really liked this.

  6. It wasn't the best scene in the film.

By far my favorite scene in the entire movie. Yes there were scenes with more action and brutality, but what makes it the best scene is the massive amount of tension being built throughout it. It starts off very calm but every minute the tension builds. You know something huge is going to happen but not when and how. When it does finally explode so do your pants its just that good.

  10. If that's what you wanted, the final act of the movie delivers that in the best way possible. It becomes a systematic art of destruction with variables thrown in and an unprecedented twist thrown in by the main villain.
