Every time I try to log in it says:

Your request could not be received because your session has timed out. Please close all browser windows, and try again to proceed with an active session.

Umm... what? I tried using a different browser, deleting my cookies... nothing. Wierd.

I just had to close all my windows and it fixed the problem.
