I am more inclined to think there is a smaller pluto out there somewhere effecting the trajectory because voyager came a little to close.

I think Popper said that, not quite sure.. I for one welcome contradictions in science, just the other day my Physics prof. told me that "There are no anomolies in Electromagentic or Special Relativistic theories."
