The pictures are old. It shows Reliant Stadium, but looking on the inside, you can see it's incomplete (wereas looking inside Minuite Maid Park you can see the diamond and everything). Also noting that The Toyota Center isn't there nor the Hilton between MM Park and Toyota Center. Kinda disappoints.

The images are as old as the last time the satellite took a shot of that place. They are all from different times.

For instance, some of them are SUPER up to date, and others are years old. Depends on when the satellite is scheduled to take another pic.

I was messing around with those maps for awhile. The images of my hometown in NH are strange because some parts of the town were photographed with snow on the ground and some were shot in good weather.

The point is, just because you found one that is old (or even several) doesn't mean they are all old.

Yeah, they don't take them all at once. If there is overcast or something they skip that area and move on.

i cant wait for the super detailed version that can zoom all the way down to my house giving ppl a clean image of me pissing in my backyard, while looking up with one hand pointed towards the sky.

I bought my house in March of last year. The satellite photo shows empty lots, with just the streets built. I'm sure the view is over 2 years old.

None of these map services seem to have a decent view of my town, East Hartford CT.

This one was actualy one of the worst, with the highest zoom rate you couldnt even make out houses. The last one of these that was posted, i think the pic was done in 1998 and no sooner.

I was up all night last night trying to find my stupid house. I live up in the hills, so everything looks the same.

It wasn't until after I found it manually that I found out you could just type in an address and let it find it for you
