I just finished watching both cuts. The DC's image quality is a little shoddy at times (and during the last battle, incredibly shitty) but the Theatrical cut looks awesome. From what I've read, it's just the Universal Studios disc and the bootleg disc both in one package. Same features and everything.
And I have to admit I like AOD a lot better than before.
