College Hockey '04

Okay gents (and ladies, too), it's that time of year again. My SCSU Huskies are 2-1-1 at the moment. Should be 3-0-1, but they decided to lose to the Northern Michigan Wildcats in a fit of orgasmic inconsistency.

I know that posts in this thread will be limited due to the relative lack of interest, but if a couple of us could keep a thread going, it would realy be tip top.

Any college hockey fans?

I'd be a fan if I had it in my area.

Aparently SDSU and i think UCSD have teams, but they're in some whacky divison that doesn't count. Something like that.

I don't know, but I'm going to assume BC is undefeated.

Well, they, BC, have only played on game so far. They beat Denver 6-2. But Denver is sucking, despite having been champs last year.

I so hope I get into BC. It'll probably be the only thing to get me back into hockey.

I want to go to NU, so I'll probably start following their hockey team's exploits.

All I know is that our team (what Div it is, I dunno--but it ain't I) went undefeated a few years ago and didn't even get an automatic qualifying spot for the national tourney. They lost the opening round of the conference tourney and missed out on a bid entirely.
