Well it is me shooting at exposed individuals and it doesn't say it has to be concelaled, it just says usually it is. I would say shooting sniper rifle at someone and killing them would be sniping, and since no scoping has no auto aim (even though you seem to keep bringing it up because I don't know why) I would say I snipe awesomely on my own without any help what so ever.
