I just got done watching a fansub of the first ep of this. It is cute and kind of wacky. The art style reminds me a lot of those Japanese cartoons nickelodeon plaid back in the 80s.
The show is about suh and her dad. Her and her entire family have been exiled to the human world because her dad sucks at scarring people. Suh soon falls in love with a little earth boy who saves her from drowning. Sticking with the rules of anime the boy does not return her feelings and is scared to death of her. The rest of the show is spent with her trying to win the boys heart, while her Dad secretly wants to scare him to death. Hilarity ensues.
The show isn't for everyone however. It's pretty childish. So if you demand all that you view to be like ER or Will and Grace, stay clear.
If your young at heart, like halloween related anime, or are a pedo make sure you check it out.
