Yeah ... I used all my grenades and the guys just keep coming and I have like NO HEALTH packs. THIS SUCKS!

Yeah, I know. I wasn't paying attention to my grenade stock and by the time I got to the end of the level (the shower area) I had zero grenades left. Made those shield guys almost impossible.
