And strategy games, especially with console reviewers. Every review boils down to some idiot who only likes Metal Gear saying "gamers who don't play strategy games may not enjoy this. Needs more stealth action, graphics and unlockable race cars. 7/10."

  2. Don't forget the Warriors coming from Rockstar.
This crap actually has me a tad excited.

  3. In the interim, you guys should play Gekido Advance. It's pretty and far more elaborate than some beaters, though there's too many "find the key" moments for me.
Just try not to get mad when you can't progress past Level 3 (?). There's a point in my game where it won't let me move past a certain point and the battle music keeps going without anything happening. Feh.

    Both games sound good. But...

I don't think the BEU genre is lacking this generation

  6. Chao, I was lucky enough to score a couple of copies of Gekido Advance, and it does rule. It's a tough motherfucker, but a beautiful one.

Quick zephyrs blow, vexing daft Jim.

  10. Yes, it was. Beating folks with pool chairs in Dynamite Cop was fun. I need to find that game again.
