Thread: So Where's the PSP Beef?

    So Where's the PSP Beef?

Putting a name on the already announced GTA and announcing Metal Gear Acid 2 doesn't cut it. Was anything else decent announced for PSP? If not, the DS is finishing 2005 as the better gaming system.

Pursuit Force looks neat. Nothing I'd pay 40 dollars for though. Advent Children is the other big game we've yet to see any concrete info on.

Aside from that I'm not really too impressed. Anyway, it seems the PSP is headed into the same pitfalls the Gameboys keep falling into--shovelware.
"Chuy, you're going to have a magical life. Because no matter where you go, it's always going to be better than Tucson."

  3. Sony's conference was devoted entirely to PS3 outside of a FFXII trailer. I'd imagine we'll see quite a lot of new PSP shit in the next three days.
Buy Yakuza and Oblivion. Help yourself, help TNL.

  4. the inclusion of "Liberty City" name in the next GTA has got me sold!

i still think that GTA3 is the best in the series, dunno what it is about it, it could be that dark silent thems in the game.

  5. I only wish Advent Children was a game. But otherwise, I'm really hoping to see something good show up, it's been more than 2 months since release and really not much else has been released.

  6. I'd very much like to see a form of Final Fantasy Tactics on the PSP, and Square can promote connectivity to Final Fantasy XII if it so creates and desires.

  7. PSP is an overpriced novelty that also plays Lumines. DS is just plain rubbish. PSP wins.

Against Castlevania, 2D Mario, Mario Kart, a real Viewtiful Joe, Metroid, and Advance Wars? I rest my case.

I was simply answering your question. Not comparing the two. There doesn't have to be a system winner. As long as both systems have games that make each individual systems worth purchasing, the winner is the gamer.
