I admire that you took the time to write out a brief opinion of every game you have. Cool list. Personally, I think you should just hold on to the shit until some of your friends have an interest for one or two. Might as well give them away to people who would appreciate them.

There's not a lot you can do with the old stuff like genesis, etc, but since it's worth nothing anyway, you may as well keep it in case you ever feel like playing on them, or one day the prices rise, so as long as you aren't short of space for storing them, I would definately keep everything.
You should learn a lesson from this though; sell your games as soon as you get bored of them, that way they will always be worth a half decent amount, instead of wasting away in your basement.
I don't own an obscene number of games, but I still have a number of titles or varying quality I'll probably never get around to playing. Recently I've decided to be a bit more picky about what I actually buy. I also want to go through my collection and get rid of the junk titles that would just sit there forever otherwise. I'll probably end up just trading them in or something.

That's a lesson I learned a long time ago. I dont have a problem with keeping some old games, like I said Id like to get my collection total down to below 100. I wouldnt mind wiping my Genesis collection completely, and only keeping the SNES and PSX titles I really like. PC isnt a problem because I have all the games in a shoebox. You should learn a lesson from this though; sell your games as soon as you get bored of them, that way they will always be worth a half decent amount, instead of wasting away in your basement.
There's also practical implications to this, I eventually want to go back to California and I dont want to lug around 80, 100 games I will never play again.
I went ahead and did mine: http://users.ign.com/collection/SoldieRGBlade
I got the Nintendo/Nintendo result as well. The only reason I'm keeping all those NES games (aside from that I really like most of them) is because someday I hope to RGB-modify my system.
I'm now contemplating to sell off a bunch of stuff to pay for guitar repairs and a new amp. I haven't touched that hobby in years, and I've found myself missing it lately. The problem is, I've already thinned out my library to only the stuff I want to keep and play again. I used to own double the NES, SNES, and PS1 games listed there.
How about it? Can I get the game off of ya?

"Hi, and thank you for calling diffusionx at 'The Next Level Messageboards'. I'm not in right now because I'm off not caring about what's going on here. I probably won't be back for a while, as I'm trying to beat morphix's record. Please leave your name, email, and blood type, so I can promptly read them, and then forget them. Have a nice day and Mortal Kombat!"Originally Posted by raain1521
