Things to do in an airport.

Looks like someone already used my suggestion, but I'll use it anyway. Go buy some paper, like a stack, then go into the bathroom and shave your head, come back out and stand by the door and hand out your sheets of blank paper, acting like it has holy writing all over it.

Find an empty spot on the floor and go to sleep, that's usually what I do when I'm stuck somewhere for awhile. Hell, I even caught about an hour of sleep at a concert this weekend.

How could you be at an airport without an MP3 player filled with 2 gigs of music or a GBA with 20 games?

Exactly... break out the music and portables if you don't want to read. Or take a nap.

When I travel I've always got the book (or two) music and games.

You can always browse books and things in the stores they sell there. But my favourite thing to do when waiting is put some good music on and nap. There's something about being forced to wait that makes me not want to play games.

I've missed train stops a few times because I was asleep though, so I have to set an alarm on my player or I don't sleep well.

Start talking to strangers and make a game to see how long it takes for each one to get freaked out and sit somewhere else. Go for a record time, or something.

thanks I finally got home without doing something crazy. I appreciated the tips. Future reminder: bring books & portable gaming. I later found out I had access to the business class lounge where I could have surfed for free and enjoyed free coffee in a stressfree environment... heh...

Ever notice how many hot women there are in airports? I suppose it makes sense because most guys probably wouldn't pay for a minga to come with them to the caribbean for a long weekend.

I cant believe no one recommended getting drunk. Bars are all over airports for a damn good reason.
