Kenka Bancho looks kinda like a 3D cel-shaded RCR beat-em-up. Developed by Spike, the folks behind Samurai Western (recently published by Atlus USA), you can get into fights and also stare down your classmate rivals using laser beams shooting from your eyes. Or you could laserbeam girls' butts, too (see videos). The game sports a cel shaded look and features music eerily similar to His & Her Circumstances.

I'm digging the animation shown in the vids, except for the walking one. I'm not seeing much of an RCR comparison, but since it's by Spike, it should at least be good.
