Wicked...thanks...
If we have one for the PSPersonalize why not have a thread on skins for the emulators and make it fancy?
Attached is SeiPSPTool. It is a KXploit and PBPUnpacker all in one which lets you edit the eboot file with your own images. How to change the Icon and BG on an EBOOT.PBP file:
Using SeiPSPTool:
1. Open SeiPSPTool.
2. Name Folder in "Name"
3. Select the Emulators eboot file in "PBP File"
4. Select what drive the PSP is located in "PSP Unit"
5. Select "Hide Corrupted image from list"
* If you want to change the image of emulator and give it a background continue with the instructions...
6. Check "Customize PBP File".
7. To add icon image, click on ">>" under "ICON0.PNG" and load the image you want
8. To add background image, click on ">>" under "PIC1.PNG" and load the image you want
8. Once you have loaded the images you want, click on "GENERATE"
9. Boot up emulator as usual and you will see the new images for your emulator
This also works if you want to add a PIC1.PNG file, which is the background that is displayed when you have the program icon selected in the PSP Menu.
The ICON0.PNG is the icon image file. The dimensions need to be: 144 x 80 pixels. It also must be a 24 Bit PNG image file.
The PIC1.PNG is the background image file. The dimensions need to be: 480 x 272 pixels (same as PSP screen size). It also must be a 24 Bit PNG image file.
The PIC0.PNG is another background image file but goes above PIC1.PNG. The dimensions are the same as PIC1.PNG.
Here are sites with some custom images made by other users.

Actually, I think you can make ICON0.png any dimensions you want. It can definitely be smaller than that. Useful if you want to make an icon with a transparent background that isn't a similar ratio; you'll avoid the wierd pulsating square. The ICON0.PNG is the icon image file. The dimensions need to be: 144 x 80 pixels. It also must be a 24 Bit PNG image file.
Too lazy to upload icons, but here are some backgrounds I've made. They all wind up looking like this:
NES:
Genesis:
ScummVM
Gameboy:
