  1. DREAMCAST SPACE SHOOTERS

    HEllo to all,

    Thank you in advance...

If Senko no Ronde isn't the next one, I'd have no idea what would be.

Most new shooters are on Taito's Type X or whatever proprietary system Cave comes up with. Naomi is pretty dead.

  5. The following are upcoming or already released Naomi arcade shooters (which MIGHT see a DC port since they are made by GRev and Milestone who are DC friendly):

Radilogy from Milestone (guys who made Chaos Field): cel shaded shooter, looks very slick so far. Looks a bit like Jet Grind Radio meets arcade shooter.

Under Defeat: old school helicopter shooter that looks similar to Zero Gunner. From GRev, the guys behind Border Down for DC/Naomi.

Senko No Ronde, also by Grev, fighting game with both 2D shooter and Cannon Spike'esque elements:

Cel Shaded shooter? Fucking awesome. I'm amazed how this system just won't die. Both look cool as can be. Thanks for the info, Dylan!

  8. whoa.. what the hell? Senko No Ronde looks awesome.
look here, upon a sig graveyard.

  9. Dreamcast is still the home for shooters, someday the torch might get passed to the PS2, someday.

  10. Under Defeat looks cool.
I definitely prefer its look to Border Down's.

Senko no Ronde has an interesting premise.
Are there many other one-on-one shooters?
The only one that comes to mind is Spacewar.
