I love EX and all, but the lack of co-op is a fucking killer.

This is why the game hasn't had much play from me lately... my guy's stats are so crazy and I beat it a few times, so some co-op would really help it out. I'm gonna move onto Double Dragon EX now, probably.

I have a GBA as well as the Game Boy Player... so it would have been fine for me. would have been well worth hunting down a second copy.

Well, the Nekketsu Collection carts are supposed to retain the co-op modes from the Famicom versions (especially considering that unlike EX, the Collection carts are direct ports and not remakes, for better or worse).
