The problem is that he is chopping enemies down like he is wielding dual Gatlin guns.. Either he is using a game genie or has some seriouse slow mo going on. I had a rapid fire controller back then and it didnt cut shit down like that.

The spread shot can easily be abused up close, I can see why he was using that the whole time.

You could do that in the real game if you got real close to the eye like that with the spread. Most people (including me) would take out the turrets and the sniper guys first.

If so, no it's not "real". No cheat codes or game genie, but It's tool-assisted. Most of the new ones being made are done with emulator frame advance. Frame-by-frame. That's the only way to get 100% precision.
