I don't think they will into your bank account. My account is in the red and my bank account is still attached to it since I can't modify anything.
Like I said, I have no money left in my Paypal account, but it's still linked to my checking account; I'll be pissed if they go in there and take it.Originally Posted by diffusionx

Good, because if I lose this dispute, I'm never using Paypal again anyway; they can put me in the red if they like.Originally Posted by x2y

not necessarily directed only at you but why would ANYBODY leave money in their account? you can instant transfer with a checking account so there's really no conveinance of keeping money in there. as soon as i get it i take the shit right out.Originally Posted by diffusionx
Ebay has shitty people sometimes. I sold an Xbox on there for a friend, and the guy that bought it said "If I don't get it within 2 days I am leaving a negative" Keep in mind, he didn't pay extra for 2-day or overnight shipping and he lived in California; I am shipping from Texas. It took like 4 days to get there, and he emailed me an angry email saying it took forever and when he opened it up (!) to take out the hard drive that the inside was dusty and that I didn't state it in the auction. He threatened negative feedback if I didn't Paypal him 20 dollars. I wrote an email that said FUCK YOU in huge font and never sent him shit. He never gave me a negative though.

Ive had a total of 4 problems in 14 transactions on eBay. A 71.5% successful transaction rate is way too low. There's way too much human garbage on there.
I've only had 2 problems with ebay in the last 4 years and 50 plus transactions. I usually just never get my feedback be it positive or negative. The other problem I had was with a guy that bought a defective Blackberry (as labaled in the auction title and description) from me and wanted his money back because the Blackberry was defective!!Originally Posted by diffusionx
1) google to look up info to see if paypal can take funds from your checking. You need to know this for sure and not take us at our word.
2) if you plan on doing a lot of business on ebay, you may want to consider taking a small hit and just give him what he wants. Lots of money later is worth not getting a little money now.
This is my 2cd in ~75 transactions.Originally Posted by diffusionx
First one I wound up losing $45. If this one ends up bad for me, I'm done with paypal and ebay. At least I have the item in hand, though.
