And they're working on adding support with Yahoo and AIM.. this is google we're talking about, if anyone can join in this late in the game, it's them. I think all will be well, this is just the first DAY.

So far it's a bit dodgy.
I logged in earlier, but it just took me 5 mins to successfully log in after giving me errors about authencity with server. (My password and email was right the whole time)

I do think it was a bit bland like some have said, but it's good how you don't have adverts, and you don't have also sorts of buttons asking you to add contacts, etc.
I think it will grow on me.

The British media are making a big deal of this too, it's all over the news right now on TV, saying that it will rival BT (British Telecommunications) for phoning people.

Tried it out. Ill stick with trillian w/ it's current skin. Much more customizable and even more simplified then what google offers, plus way more functionality (with being able to talk to almost anybody and everything).
