I don't know if this is a clearance at all stores or not but they had a decent selection of games for $4.88. They had a yellow sticker on them clearly marked as CLEARANCE and the price was hand written in. Some of the games that they had were:
Sly 2 Band of Thieves
Ratched and Clank Up your arsenal
Legacy of Kain defiance
Soul Calibur II
Baldurs Gate
Champion of Norrath return to arms
There definitely was more that I just can't remember. I picked up a handful of games just to give out as Xmas presents since they were on the cheap. I really don't recall if this was PS2 only or not. For some reason I thought I saw a few XBOX games but I just can't remember.

My local story was having a 2 for $30 deal with only the really old games marked down to 5. Nothing really worth while.
